Your payment method is used for paying for paid services at Batieu such as Subscription, licenses or Service fee.

Your credit card data is stored by secure payment provider that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

To provide a payment method you need to have an active EU VAT number associated with your Organization.

Supported payment methods

We accept the following payment types:

1. VISA
2. Mastercard
3. American Express

At this time, we do not accept Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfers, bitcoins, or Maestro cards.

Add or update a payment method

You can set up or change your payment method in an easy way:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your Organization setting.
3. Go to Plans & Payments.
4. Go down to the Payment method section.
5. Click on the Change payment method to add or replace the payment method.
6. Enter your credit card details.
7. Click Save to confirm.
